Initial deposit for Sky Life Recovery is non-refundable. Any payments made after initial deposit is 100% refundable until the day of surgery. Non-surgical reservations may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
